Rick O’Malley

Rick is Founding Partner of InnerSkil Group, focused on sales team assessment, individual skills development and coaching. He has extensive sales and sales management experience in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, automotive, and semiconductor. Rick is a recognized sales leader managing sales organizations, in the US and Asia, ranging from small and mid cap to $1B publicly traded companies. He has implemented full integrations of sales teams as a result of M&A activity at such companies as Lam Research, Novellus Systems, and Aviza Technology.

Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University, Columbus, OH. He actively works with clients in industries including food services, venture capital, semiconductor process/engineering services and software management system companies. Specialties include; Sales team assessment and pipeline verification for acquisitions and mergers. Create job descriptions, sales staffing including interview screening, reference verification and selection. Rick can help drive sales "turn around” situations including direct customer interface for realignment of sales penetration strategies and tactics. Rick has extensive sales experience in Asia. He holds a Private Pilot license and enjoys his time in the air.

Tim Bleigh

Tim is co-founder of InnerSkil and a member of the InnerSkil Advisory Board. He has 25 years of experience in high-tech sales, marketing, and operations in semiconductor and semiconductor equipment manufacturing and services. A certified facilitator and coach, and a student of adult learning theory (andragogy), Tim has developed and taught programs in a variety of disciplines including; service, sales & marketing, communications, and professional and life skills.

Tim studied Naval Science at UC Berkeley, is a graduate of Naval Nuclear Power School, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from San Jose State University. He is a US Navy submarine veteran and an ironman triathlete.
